DEVELOPMENT HISTORY

2002

CNG was established and used manual molding to produce grooved piping system products

2004

CNG obtained ISO9001 certification, approved by China National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Fixed Fire-extinguishing Systems and Fire-resisting Building Components

2006

CNG used high-precision digital controlled lathe entirely, developed the grooved couplings with high rated working pressure (Max working pressure can reach 10MPa) ,then entered the industrial piping fields.

2008

CNG configured the Baoding WELL Automatic Vertical Parting Molding Line, started to enter the piping system of Industry, Fire fighting, Water, Heating& Air condition

2012

CNG invested 100 million USD, built the production base total more than 67，000 m², added 2 Baoding WELL Automatic Vertical Parting Molding Line & 1 automatic post-processing epoxy painting line

2013

Proceeded FM & UL approval, set up inspection center

2015

Started to do foreign business and exported many countries, passed 3C (China Compulsory product certificaiton) certification

2019-2021

After technical transformation, it now has 4 leading domestic vertical parting molding lines , with a molding speed of 450 per hour . The annual production capacity reached 50,000 tons.

2023-2024

Added and updated a number of machines and equipments, such as automatic shell core machine; Hot core machine; Waste gas treatment equipment; Belt conveyor; Belt conveyor; Magnetic separator; Permanent magnet head wheel; Dust removal grinder; Electro-hydraulic servo manhole cover pressure testing machine; Casting special wire feeding machine, etc., which greatly improved product quality and production efficiency.
